• Orders placed Monday through Thursday are usually processed within 1 business day  
• Orders placed on Friday evening, weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

2. Delivery Time

After processing and shipment, estimated delivery times are generally:

• European Union: 6–15 business days  
• Rest of the world: 8–15 business days

Orders are shipped from our main logistics center to ensure product availability and competitive pricing.

A tracking number is provided once the order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.

Shipping rates:

• Free shipping on orders over €35
